Watercolour Portraits
A watercolour pet portrait is an beautiful way to capture your beloved pet. The delicate and transparent nature of watercolours allows for a subtle yet powerful portrayal of your pet's unique personality! Throughout my art journey, my love for watercolours has grown and become my favourite mediums to work with, I really enjoy how absorbing it is to paint with, and how elegant and warm the end result can be!
These portraits are painted on high quality 300gsm in cold pressed textured watercolour paper and start at an A5 size at £75
Oil Portraits
Oil portraits are another beautiful way to honour your cherished pet. The rich and vivid nature along with the range of depth and texture that oil colours offer bring out the intricate details of your pets features, infusing the portrait with a timeless and life like quality.
These portraits start at £100 on oil paper, however oil canvas portraits have an additional cost.
Other Portraits
If you are interested in a portrait but would like something a bit different, I am open to a variety of styles and mediums. I can offer digital paintings, ink drawings, graphite drawings, pencil drawings and pastel drawings. Background Options
Plain Background
A plain background with a colour or colour wash of your choice is included in the price of your portrait. I would recommend this for all portraits as they centre the focus on your pet.
Simple Background
If you would like a simple background, I offer this for 20% on top of the initial total. A simple background is a great way to add context to your portrait. I would highly recommend a simple background for a watercolour portrait!
Complex Background
If you would like a complex background, I am more than happy to help situate your pet in a setting that perhaps captures a special memory or is their favourite place. Please attach some references I offer this for 50% on top of the initial total.
Group Portraits
If you would like multiple subjects in one portrait, I am able to combine multiple photo references into one portrait as long as they are of a similar angle and photo quality. Each pet added is an additional 35% of the initial portrait. Please feel free to contact me about any other questions or ideas that you might have about your portrait!

For all portraits, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required with the remaining 80% to be paid on completion.
Please expect between 4-6 weeks for water based portraits and 6-8 weeks for oil based portraits. If you would like a portrait sooner, I can offer a 3 week deadline for an additional 25% on top of the original total.
I am more than happy to look into framing your portrait, we can discuss your options during the course of the commission process.
I can offer gift wrapping for an additional 5% of the total.
I can also offer a high quality digital file of your portrait on request.
