Please see below for my commission form. If you have any questions or are unsure, please refer to my commission information page or contact me.
Once you have submitted this form, please email me at sophiecooperfineart@outlook.com with the photos you would like me to reference for your portrait. For the best quality portrait, select a few different photos with one photo as the main reference, this way I can get a real sense of their character! I understand this may be difficult, if a pet has passed on or the portrait is a gift, so I will try my best to work with your photo/s.
I will follow up your email with confirmation for your portrait along with your invoice. I ask that the 20% deposit is paid before I start your commission and the final 80% is paid on completion, then, I will send your portrait to you.
